Bill Havertape, Owner

 Bill is a licensed broker and has 20 years experience in trading commodities.  He graduated from Iowa State University in 1987 with a degree in Agricultural Studies and Economics.  In 2000, he co-founded Midwest Strategic Investments, a full-service brokerage firm, with Jim Nemitz.  In 2007 he co-founded MSI Discount Futures, and is currently operating MSI along with MSI Discount.  Bill lives in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Jim Nemitz, Owner

 Jim is a licensed broker and has 20 years experience in trading commodities.  He graduated from Iowa State University in 1987 with a degree Ag Education and Economics.  In 2000, he co-founded Midwest Strategic Investments, a full-service brokerage firm, with Bill Havertape.  In 2007 he co-founded MSI Discount Futures, and is currently operating MSI along with MSI Discount.  Jim lives in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. 

John Morgan, Trade Assist Commodities Advisor

 John is a licensed broker and has been trading commodities since 2003.  He graduated from Hastings College in Nebraska in 1997.  John worked for a commodity firm in Waterloo, Iowa before joining Midwest Strategic Investments in 2005.  He is a full-service broker for MSI as well as providing Trade Assist, a service that provides full service trading features at a discounted commission rate.  John lives in Marion, Iowa.
